These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the MAZETO website and all enquiries or purchases made through it.

1. GENERAL MAZETO presents curated vintage and design objects sourced across Europe. Most pieces are unique or limited items and may display signs of age, wear or patina consistent with their history.

2. PRODUCT INFORMATION Descriptions, dimensions, colours and photographs are provided in good faith. Minor variations may occur depending on display settings, lighting or the nature of vintage materials.

3. AVAILABILITY Availability of objects is subject to confirmation. An enquiry or reservation request does not guarantee availability until payment has been confirmed.

4. PURCHASE PROCESS Purchases are handled through the following workflow: Enquiry → Proforma Invoice → Bank Transfer → Final Invoice → Shipping Ownership transfers only after full payment has been received.

5. SHIPPING Shipping costs and methods are confirmed individually depending on:

• Object size

• Destination

• Fragility

• Courier availability

6. RETURNS Due to the unique and vintage nature of many objects, returns are reviewed individually. Any transport damage must be reported immediately after delivery with supporting photographs.

7. LIABILITY MAZETO shall not be responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs authorities, force majeure events or circumstances outside reasonable control.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All website content, photography, branding and design elements remain the intellectual property of MAZETO.BG LTD unless otherwise stated.

9. GOVERNING LAW These Terms are governed by Bulgarian and applicable European Union legislation.
